Nothing fancy, just a character sheet for Four Points System in two PDF types: flat and fillable form.

Conditions mini hack

In the original rules, the condition Blocked encompasses different elements (stunned, immobilised, scarred). I split all these elements in different conditions with their own effects, marked on the bottom left of the sheet.
